They sit next to you very nicely, smoothly, and let you write 5-star reviews taking 15 minutes with you. They don't let you go. The employees are trainned that way. They put me to multiple and expensive warranty services that they were not needed and you cannot cancel them. And worse than this, please read.. Ever since I bought a car from them, the warranty department of the company has been harassing my life and my family by calling these robocall 3 times per day. 300 times in the last 3 months. They were soliciting more warranties to sell. Never stopping. They kept calling me rotating from different numbers and adding to the spam call list, national no-call list doesn't help because they use 100s of numbers to call from. I get calls in my workplace every day. It's making me crazy. More
