Hi Daniel, After speaking with Mike and Bill as well as reviewing the showroom notes it appears that the real problem was the car was out of the price range you were expecting. You wanted to be $400 a month with $1000 down and we were at $420 with $3000 down. There was no way for us to obtain your payment even after removing the paint protection service. Getting the $420 payment with $3000 down was a direct result of us calling in our credit union so we did exhaust every avenue in an attempt to get you to your payment. Also, the reason the car still looks the way that it does even after 10 years is because the previous owner had told us he applied paint protection every 3 years. This resulted in his vehicle being worth more in the long run and ultimately would command more value when you went to go resell the vehicle.
