I got a great deal on a gorgeous car and I give them credit for that. It was just the little things like not explaining what I needed to bring in for them, paperwork wise. I had to go in about 3-4 different times because every time I went in they would tell me I needed to bring in another piece of paperwork. Also the payoff for the car I traded in took forever to get to the bank which resulted in the car payments still coming out of my account, granted it was a special case because I paid weekly, but they still should have paid attention to that. But other than that they were very nice and accommodating. More

Sure enough they had a 2008 Ford Mustang at their lot. I called up and the sales associates were extremely helpful and we scheduled a time to meet very easily. When I went down to Road Ready Used Cars I was met by Fred, who I had previously spoken with on the phone, and was very willing to show me the car I was looking to buy. I had my heart set on my car and the guys over at Road Ready were more than ready to get me into my dream vehicle that day. The worked hard to get me the best loan out there and ended up getting me a really good rate. The staff in the back office were also happy compared to the normal unhappy staff that is normally associated with back offices. Overall I went into Road Ready with good expectations but left with even greater ones. More

Needless to say, I have wasted over 10 thousand dollars including the price of the cars and repairs in the last 4 years. I was at wits end when my last 1995 Ford Taurus broke down. I refused to fix it. On break at work, I sent road ready an inquiry about a car, they called me back within 10 minutes, and by the end of the day, I was signed for a beautiful 2010 Hyundai. I have been driving it for 3 weeks now and it's the best decision I've ever made. They were extremely helpful, they didn't try to cheat me being a single female with next to no knowledge about cars, and the whole staff was very dedicated and made you feel like a real valued customer. I highly recommend to any and everyone looking for a new or used car. More
