Beyond satisfied.. first time car buyer, i heard about dealer from a friend.. went on their website and looked at the inventory.. called and spoke to Dave Osborne he wor first time car buyer, i heard about dealer from a friend.. went on their website and looked at the inventory.. called and spoke to Dave Osborne he worked with me until we found a car that was for me.. made the drive to the dealer and as i got there dave was very welcoming had a very positive attitude and made sure that he got me the loan i needed and to leave the same day with my car. i had a little trouble getting a loan but then dave introduced me to the owner Ron who went above and beyond to make sure that my loan was processed. ron, very well spoken stand up guy. together Dave and Ron did whatever it took to make sure i was happy with the car i chose and that all the information they needed to give me was claer and understandable.. i highly reccomend that if you are shopping for a used car that road ready used cars is the place to go. in and out in one day. the whole process took about 3 hours. those thre hours i was comfortable and felt very welcomed. Great customer service! Nice cars ! 2010 Totota Corolla S The sales rep I had was great! I walked the lot and I was approached right away from two different sales reps, so their attentiveness to customers is The sales rep I had was great! I walked the lot and I was approached right away from two different sales reps, so their attentiveness to customers is great! These guys helped me learn everything I needed to know about how financing works. Their prep process to get their cars ready for sale and on the road is excellent! the only negative was that the lots were extremely tight with the cars bumper to bumper, so it was hard for me to see the cars completely. But I did get my 2010 Toyota Corolla S! and I am happy with it! More

2010 toyota,tundra Went to see two difference trucks. They have a lot of them. Joe posa was my sales guy. Patient and friendly. Trucks are good. Just a few things you should know (and they tell you up front) you can't test drive the vehicle till you almost bought it. Although you don't have to buy after the test drive. You have to take their protective underseal and glass vin etch. As with any used vehicle I would reccomend you get the extended warranty its,not too expensive. The truck was exactly as advertised about middle of the price range. Jeff worked hard to get me the right payments for the truck. It looked like new when I picked it up. If you want test drive a particular vehicle do it elsewhere then buy it from road ready. Their pre sales check up is very comprehensive. I have a couple of little problems and they are working on them, no hassle. Would use them again. More

Milton (salesperson) was exceptional at explaining the process and the detailing work that's done on all the vehicles prior to purchase. He made sure all my questions were answered and he worked with the manager to give me a price that worked with my budget. As a female, I was VERY comfortable with everyone there and treated with respect. I also had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman who spent all day detailing my car (great job!!) and thanked him in person. I would highly recommend Road Ready to anyone looking for a used vehicle!
