Deposit needed for test drive???? WTH I traveled 90 minutes after being assured that the car i wanted to see was available. It wasn't. Then i asked to see what he had in four wheel drive I traveled 90 minutes after being assured that the car i wanted to see was available. It wasn't. Then i asked to see what he had in four wheel drive vehicles. I was shown all wheel drive vehicles. I told him there is a difference. he said oh like a 4x4? duh. When i decided that two vehicles were worth test driving I was told I had to leave a deposit for them to get the cars in proper condition before test driving them. If I didn't like the car I would get my deposit back. I then asked the salesman, If i came in and left a deposit today and u made the car "road worthy" for me and I didn't like it why would you need a deposit for someone else who was to look at the car if the car was already "road worthy". Drove back to the office and the salesman wanted me to tell the manager about my issue with the deposit. I wasted enough time and told him no. Oh price was substantially over KBB and NADA Buyer beware More

I was impressed I purchased a 2008 Acura MDX from Road Ready in January 2016. I found it online and was initially weary because of some of these reviews.... But this SUV had low miles, was clean, my favorite teal color and the price was within my budget. So I drove from Rochester, New York to Bridgeport, CT for my Acura MDX. George was nice as was Anthony! They found me financing in the price range I requested and worked hard to make sure everything went through considering that I already had an auto loan out on my credit and this was a larger loan. After leaving with my car, a light came on due to air pressure. I took it to my local Firestone here in Rochester, NY and was told I needed a new valve in my rear tire. I called Road Ready Used Cars and the owner himself called me back and said they will be taking care of the bill, parts and labor, for the valve being replaced. No games, no excuses, no hassle. THAT IS GOOD BUSINESS! So my car was repaired here in Rochester, NY but completely paid for by Road Ready Used Cars all the way from Bridgeport, CT without using my warranty I added on, no wait and no fees whatsoever to me. IMPRESSIVE. So I highly recommend this Dealer. I believe they are honest, good, and straight forward. I do not regret my purchase and I already have my best friend in the Bronx about to purchase her next car from them. Stop in and see for yourself if they have what you're looking for, as some of these reviews were quite exaggerated and incorrect. That's what I did and I am quite happy with my purchase. bought a nice 2004 xterra For the first time in my life I bought a used car without having my mechanic check it out bumper to bumper first. The reason for this is the distance For the first time in my life I bought a used car without having my mechanic check it out bumper to bumper first. The reason for this is the distance between my home and road ready used cars. I had to take a giant leap of faith to buy this xterra. It looked great and seemed to run great and I got a real good deal on the price so I took that giant leap. Once I got it home I brought it right to my mechanic. If there were problems there's nothing I could do about them because I had already bought the vehicle, but I still wanted to know if I made a good decision or a very bad decision. Turns out my mechanic checked everything bumper to bumper and said the vehicle looks like it's in great condition. Needless to say that was a great relief to me. All in all things worked out very good. I am enjoying driving my xterra ( I always wanted one since they first came out ). The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was there were a couple of minor issues that were eventually resolved. I would recommend road ready to my friends and family. More
