Now I can't look for another vechile because I have no money for a deposit. When my friend said don't leave a good review, the sales manager started yell and asked my friend...who the h%#l are you. Really. Scared the crap out of me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or anything. More

Poor service after sale Best piece of advice I can give you if you're buying a car here is "take your time"! The sales guys will push cars on you but they're pros as taking old crappy cars and making them look good. The issue is under the paint, cleaned carpets and fast talking sales guy is the same old car. They paint over rust, clear the codes and sell cars. They will also claim they're always available for service but after the first three months don't bother calling them, they're "too busy" to service your car even if you're willing to pay for the repairs. If you're someone who is looking for long term service and support, instead of just a "quick" deal this place is not for you. More

Deposit needed for test drive???? WTH I traveled 90 minutes after being assured that the car i wanted to see was available. It wasn't. Then i asked to see what he had in four wheel drive I traveled 90 minutes after being assured that the car i wanted to see was available. It wasn't. Then i asked to see what he had in four wheel drive vehicles. I was shown all wheel drive vehicles. I told him there is a difference. he said oh like a 4x4? duh. When i decided that two vehicles were worth test driving I was told I had to leave a deposit for them to get the cars in proper condition before test driving them. If I didn't like the car I would get my deposit back. I then asked the salesman, If i came in and left a deposit today and u made the car "road worthy" for me and I didn't like it why would you need a deposit for someone else who was to look at the car if the car was already "road worthy". Drove back to the office and the salesman wanted me to tell the manager about my issue with the deposit. I wasted enough time and told him no. Oh price was substantially over KBB and NADA Buyer beware More
