On March 21, 2016 Christopher Chipello came in with his mother to purchase a car. George, our salesperson, spent over 3 hours showing them over 20 cars before they decided to purchase a 2009 Nissan Altima. They put a deposit on the vehicle and agreed to purchase the car. A few hours later his mother, Michele, called and told us she wanted to look at other vehicles and her son made a bad decision due to his ODC? We told them that we would apply the deposit to any other vehicle. The next day his mother came in with a friend who became extremely confrontational and threatening to our General Sales Manager. He demanded the deposit back. We told them we spent a lot of time getting the loan approved, showing them many cars and would help them find a car to fit their needs. They stormed out after creating a dismay in our showroom. Our goal here at Road Ready Used Cars is to sell cars, and not take deposits. Our dealership has an overall service rating of 4.7 and our customers are 100% satisfied. And they refer many friends and family members to us as well.

Plowguy24, Road Ready Used Cars has been in business for 27 years. The owner Ron, takes pride it his establishment and cares about how he takes care of each and every customer. We have sold many cars over the years and our customers continue to repeat their business with us and send their family and friends to us as well. We have 2 service bays at our location to service vehicles, so making an appointment is crucial. In a few months we will be moving to a new location where we will have 30 service bays and we will be able to service more cars , more efficiently. In case you do not know Sir, we average a 4.7 rating overall with customer service. These reviews come in from Dealer Rater, Facebook, Cars.com, and Google+. We must be doing a lot right!

Mr. Leibrand made an appointment to come into our dealership On Saturday March 19, 2016 at 1pm to purchase an 1998 Jeep Cheroke for his son. He requested to see a SUV with 4 wheel drive. The salesman ,Carlos, who is new to the dealership was assisting Mr. Leibrand and did not know that all wheel drive and 4 wheel drive have differences. We have managers on site to address any questions our customers have that cannot be answered by our sales agents. Mr. Leibrand also admitted that his credit was not stella and that it may be difficult to get him approved. He arrived at 1pm and by the time he arrived, the vehicle had a pending sales on it. Besides, the 1998 Jeep could not be financed and he would need to finance a newer car for any chance of an approval. Mr. Leibrand looked at 2 other vehicles and wanted to test drive both. We have over 350 cars in stock and only 2 service bays. Our procedure is that we would run a credit report to see what cars the banks would approve the customer for, the customer would give us a deposit and then we put the car through service. Once the car is fully serviced we have the customer come back , test drive the vehicle and finalize the deal from that point or refund the deposit. ( This will soon change when we move to our new location in the summer. There, we will have 30 bays for service.) By approving the customer at the begining of the process and taking a deposit to get the car serviced , just helps to save the customer time when they pick up thier new car. When Carlos asked for the deposit, Mr. Leibrand immediatley got angry, stormed out of the dealership making rude comments and slammed the door. He never gave our manager a chance to work with him regarding an approval or explain how we were putting the deal together. Mr. Leibrand also states he has a problem with the price being over Kelly Blue Book and NADA values? He was looking to purchase a $3000.00 Jeep. This vehicle is clean inside and out ( a one of a kind Jeep) and cannot be bought for book values. Mr Leibrand new this, or he would not have traveled 90 minutes to purchase a $3000.00 vehicle.
