Great selection of cars, good, honest work! Came in from NYC looking for a specific model and was surprised to see thy had a few examples with lower miles and in great condition. I purchased Chrysler Town & Country 2013 in Road Ready Used car and after 500 miles driving I decided to bring the car to a Chrysler dealer for inspection and this is all issues the found in my car: Needs front wheel alignment, Transmission service ( Fluid was dark), Brake fluid change , Power steering fluid change, Engine air filter dirty, Cabin air filter dirty,Wiper blades need to be changed . When I was told by George (Sale man) that the car was inspected and ready to drive. I think he means to drive the first 1000 miles, but after that I need to spend over $700 in all these services. I do not recommend this place to buy a car to none of my friends an family because they cheat the customer and they do not appreciate that I trust on them. More

The vehicle had some things that needed to be fixed and I was originally told items would be fixed and ready for a test drive before we signed a contract. Then Ron came over he assured me items would be fixed but only after I signed a sales contract. I was uncomfortable signing a contract with a vehicle that had potentially major issues and was not 'road ready'. I was not convinced it would be repaired correctly, if at all so I called the owner to let him know we were not interested and would like our refundable deposit back. He instantly changed his tone, began yelling at me, called me a liar and told me to come and get the money. We live 4 hours away and he refused to mail the deposit to us. When I asked for an email confirmation of the day and time it would be ready, he told me I was not worth an email and hung up on me. One of the rudest, most unprofessional, Untrustworthy business owners I have ever dealt with. They are very deserving of their F better business rating! More

I met the Road Ready team three years ago, when I bought my first vehicle from them.. Today I am a returning customer, I just bought my second car from the Road Ready team, and recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a good quality vehicle. Three years ago I was in a bad accident and my car was totaled out by the insurance company. I had no idea where I was going to go to find another car that I loved. One day I started doing a internet search for used car dealers in the area and that's how I found Road Ready. I checked out their website on line and found a couple of cars that I thought I would like. When I went to Road Ready, to test drive those cars the sales team were very patient with me, and wanted me to take my time carefully making a selection that I was comfortable with.. no pressure from the sales team whatsoever!!! I had never had a car loan before and did not know what to expect. The Road Ready sales staff and Anthony explained to me the over all process and the final paperwork.
