they pay for good reviews so take them with a grain of salt Do not believe the good reviews. I gave them a good review at first so that I could get paid for it. They pay people a $100 to give them good reviews More

Here is my side of the story Joe purchased a 1999 Honda Accord that was a one owner CT Honda trade with 70,000 miles on it. He had the car for a couple days and came back stating the transmission dip stick was missing and leaking transmission fluid. I wasn't going to argue the customers always right, so I ordered a new one. A few days later he brought it to Honda they checked the whole car out and said everything was good but the unibody frame had some rust holes and it needed to be replaced, the cost from them was about four thousand dollars. I had him bring the car back we inspected it and it did indeed have some corrosion so I asked him how he would like to proceed. He said he liked the car can we fix it. I had my technician repair the frame but the customer came back twice stating he didn't like the job and frankly neither did I, not that it wasn't safe but it wasn't pleasing to eye. I ordered a frame, a factory Honda frame and installed it for a bout a half of what Honda wanted to charge. I called him to tell him it was all set and that's when he told me he didn't want the car any more. I explained what we did he wanted no part of it. I asked him again how would he like to proceed he stated he wanted a 4x4 so he looked at the inventory and picked out the s.u.v he wanted. I offered him a loaner, he said no I have a car to use. I got this Trailblazer all ready for delivery and told my guys to fix anything and spare no expense. I just want the customer happy. I spent over three thousand dollars on this car, new tires, new shocks, new rotors and pads and so on and so on. When he picked the car up I personally told him if he had any problems call me I would right any wrong even though both cars were sold without a warranty due to the age of the vehicle, that's just how we do it here. A week later I started reading all the bad reviews he posted and the complaints from different institutions started coming in. I tried calling him but he wouldn't answer. In his complaint he said the new 4x4 needed shocks, that was a lie we have receipts for four new ones along with other accusations about the cars condition. I wasn't going to start bad mouthing him now in this review but after all we did to try to make him happy I wish I didn't even sell him a car in the first or second place. Keep in mind the Honda was only five thousand dollars and I spent over two thousand fixing it for him. The next thing are the reviews he says we pay for them, another lie by Joe we offer an oil change and car wash for customers who do reviews across the internet. The good review can be edited down the line if anything we state is not true to a negative review. Certain reviews can't even be done at the office because IP addresses cannot match the dealerships. I've done enough ranting so that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
