They are wonderful to deal with and eager to answer all questions. Our location is almost 200 miles from the dealership. But, they treated us as if we were in their local neighborhood. The entire transaction was completed by phone. Road Ready Used Cars is a top-notch dealership. Their concern with satisfying the customer is second to none. TOP NOTCH SERVICE MY HONEST OPINION OF ROAD READY,RON AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE I HAVE DELT WITH THERE IS TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL AND LOYAL TO THE CUSTOMER. I BOUGHT A 20 MY HONEST OPINION OF ROAD READY,RON AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE I HAVE DELT WITH THERE IS TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL AND LOYAL TO THE CUSTOMER. I BOUGHT A 2006 DODGE RAM 1500 LITTLE OVER A MONTH AGO I WANTED TO GIVE IT SOME TIME TO SEE HOW THE TRUCK WAS BEFORE I WROTE A REVIEW. MY FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN I DROVE UP TO THE DEALER WAS xxxx THIS PLACE IS MASSIVE. SHOW ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND THE COOKIES AND COFFEE IS ALWAYS A NICE TOUCH. I ALREADY KNEW WHAT TRUCK I WANTED TO SEE. SHOULD HAVE THE CAR READY TO GO. BATTERY WAS DEAD AND ONLY DROVE ABOUT 1/2 MILE DUE TO SAFTEY ISSUES WITH THE CAR. I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD BE FIXED. AND THEY WHERE 100% WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR AND DROVE IT HOME. STEERING WAS A LITTLE OFF AND THAT NIGHT CEL CAME ON. NEXT MORNING TRUCK WAS STUCK IN 4X4 LOW. IT WAS NOT A GOOD START. BUT AFTER A LITTLE PHONE TAG RON GOT MY TRUCK BACK UP AND RUNNING EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT IS AS IS. PICKED IT UP A FEW DAYS LATER AND HAS BEEN A RUNNING LIKE A BEAST EVER SINCE. MY SALESMAN JOHN WAS GREAT ALSO. HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME INTO ANYTHING. MILTON IS A STAND UP GUY LOT OF ENERGY GREAT PERSON!
