Make no mistake though, once you drive off that lot, you are alone, as if you bought it from a guy with a sign in his driveway! Even though i purchased their under car treatment, where they knock off all the rust and undercoat the car - the treatment that "will break everything that is close to breaking and fix it", within 100 miles, on my way home, the exhaust separated, rusted right through. A message to the Road Ready on a Friday, the day after we picked up the car - UNANSWERED, NO RETURN CALL. A text message to Road Ready on Saturday through their website "text us" service - UNANSWERED. An email to Road Ready on Monday - NO RESPONSE BUYER BEWARE ( oh and I cannot indicate my salesman below because between purchase and pickup (5 days) "he no longer works here". More

I have never had a company work so hard to get me into the car I wanted. Every person involved in the purchase was amazing. Getting a loan was little tricky as I had recently just purchased a car. Ray, Frank, Elijah and Dave went out of their way to ensure I got the car, for a good price. The owner, Ron, came out, introduced himself, and talked with us for awhile. He was great and helped iron out any final wrinkles with loan. I couldn't have asked for a better deal and the car, is absolutely perfect. If something were to go wrong, I have no worries with Road Ready's state of the art service center! You can't go wrong purchasing a car here. It was an excellent experience all the way around. More
