I put a deposit on a 2019 Mercedes Saturday 7/29/23. I had a weird feeling about this dealership when I walked in. The salesman insisted that I buy a rust package for an extra 3700.00 . i said I would n I had a weird feeling about this dealership when I walked in. I then said I wanted to pay cash and he told me they charge 700.00 extra for the car if you pay cash!! i finally agreed on a price and was scheduled to pick up car Monday 7/31. Appointment at 3.. we get there and now they say car isn't ready it will be another hour. we wait an hour mgr comes out and now states rotors are no good on car. I ask for my deposit. mgr comes back with my deposit and I tell him this place is the shadiest car dealership I have ever been to and will be writing a nasty review on yelp. owner over hears me and comes running out trying to fight me. the owner is a major xxxxxxx... his employees didn't even have his back. More
