To replace sensor dealer keep my car 4 days and of course I had appointment. Rizza dealership this is mistake. I don’t recommend this dealership any one. had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks ahead to get brakes and rotors done along with an oil change. I walk into my appointment and they tell me they can look at the brakes but only get my oil change d brakes and rotors done along with an oil change. I was standing outside talking on the phone while my car was being serviced, and a employee came up to me in a rude manner with a frown on his face and asked me "Do you need something", as if I wasn't suppose to be standing outside. And I told him my car is being serviced. He was very rude...I wish I had asked for his name, but I was on a important call at the time. I think he was talking to the GM Jim Allegretti before he headed my way. That's no way to treat customers. Ask before you assume! More
