Uncomfortable Car brought in for somewhat routine work. Ended up being there for a month with physical damage caused in shop first day. Excellent Vehicle Service we purchased our vehicle a 2013 Buick Lacorsse at Phillips Chevrolet about two yrs ago, up until 08-28-18 (August 2018) we thought the vehicle mainten we purchased our vehicle a 2013 Buick Lacorsse at Phillips Chevrolet about two yrs ago, up until 08-28-18 (August 2018) we thought the vehicle maintenance service at Phillips was good but it wasn't until we had our vehicle serviced at Rizza Cadillac Buick in Tinley Park that we found out otherwise. Johnny Howard the service consultant at Rizza Cadillac Buick went above and beyond to do what was necessary to give us excellent service. Mr. Howard practices all of the three P's of customer service, Professional, Polite and Patient. We live near South Holland, even though Phillips Chevrolet is a lot closer to us we won't be taking our vehicle back there for service, we will drive to Tinley Park to Rizza Cadillac Buick R.
