Continued Issues. Very disappointed with Cadillac quality and service. This time around, they changed the cabin filter and now when the ventilator is ON, I hear an ann Very disappointed with Cadillac quality and service. This time around, they changed the cabin filter and now when the ventilator is ON, I hear an annoying whistle. Really??? Apparently, the Technician did not bother checking for proper operation after messing with it. The last time I had an issue was last year, when the ventilator fan was would continually change speed on the HIGH setting which drove the vehicle occupants nuts. Service people were very friendly and cordial, but in the end, the customer is dissatisfied. I will take it to a different dealer to fix, as the only way I will be happy is if they come pick up my vehicle, fix it and then return it. It’s somethjng called accountability. This will be my last Cadillac, returning back to BMW, which is a couple of notches higher in build quality for similar money. It’s a no brainer. More

Second time in a week Brought car in again after warranty work was done for same sensor change and coolant leak now.
