This was not the first time this happened she always have attitude. Old building and not clean. and when they delivered the car to me it was not clean even though I bought it as a manager car. Great customer service. Very clean, very efficient. I have never had any problems getting in and out. I usually deal with danielle and she couldn't be more pleasant. Even if I have to wait in the waiti I have never had any problems getting in and out. I usually deal with danielle and she couldn't be more pleasant. Even if I have to wait in the waiting area while my car is being serviced it is a lovely waiting room with coffee and cold bottles of water and a nice big TV so the wait is comfortable. My time is very valuable to me, so when I do have to have my car serviced, it's a pleasure to go to my Cadillac service center More

I grew interest on a different model durung my wait, so I thought how much of an difference would it be on a newer model. To my surprise, it wasn't too much of an difference! The sales person was really accommodating and was truly understanding to my needs. The deal with through simple without the frustration or hassles of getting the run around.
