Poor Customer Service Cadillac service closed 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time. Had to go to Buick service to wait 15 minutes for my invoice. Once I made payment, I w Cadillac service closed 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time. Had to go to Buick service to wait 15 minutes for my invoice. Once I made payment, I was given my keys and told to walk around the yard to find my car. If I couldn’t find it, hit the panic button to locate the car! No porter, don’t know where it is, good luck.
