Nice dealership and people who work there but after three times in for the same problem and can’t explain why I can’t release my electronic brake I’m done with them. My experience for the second time was horrible! Had a 2:30 pm oil change appointment. I arrived at 1:50pm I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5 when i purchased my new vehicle... at a different dealership I was tol 2:30 pm oil change appointment. I arrived at 1:50pm I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5 when i purchased my new vehicle... at a different dealership I was told i will have the first 5 years free oil change. My regular dealership unfortunately closed due to remodeling. So i asked rizza service manager if he would honor my free oil change agreement. He rudely said NO He doesn't do free oil changes! Which i could understand. But to talk to me in such a hateful negative attitude just didn't sit well with me! So disrespectful as if i was a bum off the streets begging for something free! Most of the service department employees definitely have a bad disrespectful attitude! The first time i visited rizza service department a couple years ago for a courtesy car wash. I was told to take my vehicle back where i purchased from. Again when I purchased my vehicle I was told I could go to any Cadillac dealership for courtesy car wash! I promise myself i will never make the mistake of bringing my vehicle back to This god forsaken place! They don't understand the meaning of kindness and treating some of their customers with respect or good customer service! Need to learn better people skills or ask their parents to give them a refresher course on common courtesy and to treat others and talk To people how they will Like to be treated! My next purchase for a new vehicle could've been at Rizza.. but due to my past experiences I SAY DEFINITELY NOT!!!!! More
Brought my Buick Regal in for various oil leaks on the engine. I turned the car in with 3/4 tank of fuel. The advisor called me later on once they had diagnosed the leak. The parts and labor for fixing all the oil leaks and changing the oil and filter once the repairs were made totaled about $3,000. They kept the car for a few days until repairs were complete. Once I went in to pay and pick the car up, I discovered that the repairs were made, however the car was nearly on “E” on the fuel gauge, car had not been washed and the oil change reminder on the dash had not been reset. I’m not sure why those three things weren’t done, especially after paying the total amount for the service. One thing I am sure of is I will more than likely not be bringing my service back here again. More
