So I brought my car in because I was told to regarding the engine consuming too much oil. I was never told of a price just that they will have to do an oil change but John has a $69.99 coupon. They call that it’s ready and my son goes in and they say it’s $80. Since when does an oil change cost so much. 80 plus 69.99. That’s uncalled for. The. john tells me you know what we doing need your business and don’t ever bring your car to us ever again and hung up on me.

An oil change & radiator drain & refill antifreeze cost me 5 months of aggravation. My engine light kept coming on. It was finally fixed. It cost me $489 to replace a radiator cap. More

As always John is great to work with, the shop did take longer than expected, not sure why but what should have been 1 1/2 to 2 hours turned into over 3! More
