Technician should know what is wrong with out the aid of computer or computer cant read situation then Technician should test for voltage drops on amp and ohms. I know Technician didn't even take out radio or do a real ohms test on equipment. If equipment is bad facilities should have a replacement available. Know component's and what functions it has that operates the amp will help in troubleshooting..Instead they want me to buy another amp not being 100 percent sure. Didn't take out HMI modules and test for issues either nor did they have a replacement to verify it that's the problem.
