They met our price point and the finance guy, Burt Dutcher found us a great interest rate. We had a trade in, which was not with us, but we drove away with our new vehicle and Carlos came with and drove my trade in back to the dealer sight unseen! The process didn't take long at all. Dealing with this dealership has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with. Truth in lending means nothing to the staff at Rizza Cadillac. This dealership has continued to run my credit well after the original transaction failed and stated they would continue to do so and whatever impact it has on my credit so be it.
