Both Tom and Bill did a great job listening to me regarding the type of car I was looking for and also my price range. They talked to me about several options and then we checked cars out. I have dealt with numerous car salesman and dealerships over the years and I have to compliment Tom and Bill on their professionalism,and customer service. I am confident that if I have a question or concern they will address it promptly,they already have done so, and that shows me that they continue to take care of their clients after the sale. Yes, I did try a few other places which didn't work out and than my son suggested that I go to a Buick Dealer which I did and found your service dept very helpful especially Liza. Yesterday, I thought my left fron tire had a slow leak and I called Liza and she told me to come in around 2:30 which I did. Using, your coupon which I had planned to do next week I had the slow leak & grease & oil done in a timely fashion. It's been so "hot" this years the last thing one wants is a tire with a slow leak. My late husband taught me to have the car serviced on a timely basis than usually one can miss major trouble later on. Like, the coupons very much and I if possible use them Sincerely, J. S. I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Rizza Cadillac in Jan 2010 and would like to say they went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. From the initial sales person I spoke with to the Servi Jan 2010 and would like to say they went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. From the initial sales person I spoke with to the Service Dept. these folks have made owning a Cadillac a very positive and pleasant experience. I feel that I have been treated very well by the entire staff at Rizza and will certainly give them another shot at selling me my next vehicle before I go anywhere else. WIll also say that when I walked in the door I had absolutely NO intention of buying a Cadillac. Fact is, I went in there initially only to waste a little time while waiting for a sales rep from one of their competitors across the street. Fortunately he was late and I never went back. I am currently contemplating another car and my first stop will be back at Rizza to see what is available when the time comes. More
