Telephone Solicitation Abuse Rizza Buick, Tinley Park, Il called excessively as my lease was coming up they started at 9 mos left in my lease. To make matters worse after turning in my leased Verano I received no less than 6 calls to turn in the car I already turned in. I asked them not to call me on all of these calls,. After the 4th call I called the sales manager and he confirmed I would not be called. 2 Hours later I received a call from another sales person to turn in my car. It gets worse, I filed a complaint with Buick Corporate Office, and received an e-mail verification from the dealership General Manger that I would not be called and within a week of this confirmation I got another call about turning in my leased vehicle that I already turned in.. These guys are in a class with the worst spammers and are diluting the Buick brand to "sleazy". I find it unconscionable that the sales people do not perform their due diligence on prospective buyers and continue this absurd and abusive behavior.. These nuisance and unwanted calls went on and never an apology. . I truly question their procedures and service standards and would never use Rizza Buick again. They certainly don't have a service recovery strategy in their playbook. BUYER BEWARE, sleazy sales organization. I recommend to any potential buyer who considers this dealership, be prepared for an unprofessional and unwanted obnoxious phone solicitation by Rizza Buick of Tinley Park , Find another dealership if not another manufacturer as I understand these call manifests are provided by GM, GM Financial and On-Star. More

My wife and I were looking for a Certified Pre-Owned crossover SUV starting back in the fall of 2014. We went to countless dealerships to figure out which kind of Make and Model we liked and finally decided to look at Buick Enclaves. We went to 3 or 4 Buick dealers in the Chicagoland area and were not impressed with the service until we came to Rizza. We met with Cody Bakr and right off of the bat he asked us prequalifying questions about what we were looking for from model/make, color, year, mileage to interior preferences as to not waste any of our time. Rizza did not have any pre-owned vehicles in stock to match our requirements. Within a week and a half Cody found us a Enclave that Buick posted in their registered inventory list and within 2.5 weeks it was shipped to Rizza, went through a certification/specification check and we were driving it off the lot. We have heard from Cody multiple times since the purchase. The post sale service has been great so far. While we have only had the car for less than a month, I will give this experience 5 stars. I would recommend Rizza to anyone and point them in the direction of Cody Bakr every time. Happy car shopping. More

Also, it was refreshing that there was no bait and switch from my initial internet inquiry to Andrew to when I walked through the doors at Rizza. I give special gratitude to Andrew, Frank, Sam and Anthony that worked through my financial arrangements for being fair and keeping their word every step of the way. Also, Jay and Daryl explained every aspect of the functionality of my new SRX until I was completely comfortable.
