We talked about the car, accessories, and purchasing details. Jay Bekr, his manager, was helpful in answering all my questions regarding the purchase. Finally, Joe Uccardi, the Finance and Insurance person, was patient, helpful, and very personable in completing the transaction. This experience was more than buying a great car. Great customer service but wait time was too long! I went in today to have a 2013 Buick LaCrosse serviced. I owned that car 5 years and decided to purchase a new car today. While the customer service was excellent, I felt the wait time could’ve been cut down some. I arrived at 9am for my service appointment and waited 1.5 hours just to hear what was wrong with the car. After finding out what was wrong I was faced with the decision to either keep the Lacrosse or buy something else. I decided on the latter. My salesman, Mark Hoover, was excellent and I have no complaints there. But the wait time was extremely long. I didn’t leave the dealership until almost 4pm. I know buying a car is a lengthy process but in my experiences with purchasing vehicles I’ve never had such a long wait time. If the wait time was shorter this would’ve been a 5 star rating. More

This business really cares for their customers and it is reflected through all employees.
