Super Service I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment on a Saturday for an oil change. I was running about 20 minutes late due to traffic due to the Holiday Season! I had bee I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment on a Saturday for an oil change. I was running about 20 minutes late due to traffic due to the Holiday Season! I had been driving for about 40 minutes and was hoping they didn’t make me reschedule my appointment because the service center closed at 3:00 p.m. I could hear one of the mechanic worker saying “ is that Ms. Lopez?” Rizza Cadillac didn’t! Make me reschedule, they quickly serviced my truck for the oil change. Replaced my windshield wipers and happily washed my truck also! Thank you for servicing my truck which oil life was at 1% already. Becca even helped me fill out the rebate for my windshield wipers and applied my 25.00 certificate I forgot at home and my husband send me through the phone which was on the last 1% of charge left! More

Since the color was new with a different color interior, he found 1 of 2 in a 500 mi radius. It had everything I requested and a little more too -- very pleased with my choice. Mark made the entire purchasing experience as enjoyable as it could be. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful -- even after the sale. He spent the time to show the basics of setting up the vehicle. I would recommend him highly to my friends. Mike Lorenzo made the lengthy paperwork go by faster by explaining the process and enjoyable "car talk" conversation too. More
