He also made the deal process quick and painless - including their purchase of my car that had been on lease from another dealer. The whole process took a couple hours, and I was out the door with my new car. I would definitely buy a car from Joe and Rizza again. More

When we came back for the purchase, it couldn't have gone more smoothly! Dealership goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction My sales rep Jerry Davis did a great job of showing extraordinary patience with my many questions and looking and test driving vehicle after vehicle. My sales rep Jerry Davis did a great job of showing extraordinary patience with my many questions and looking and test driving vehicle after vehicle. I came back the next day and purchased a vehicle but had a very short time frame due to previous commitments. Purchase was competed but there were loose ends that they agreed to complete on Monday. When I came in on Monday I realized there were some misunderstandings in our agreement but since we signed the the contract and monies had changed hands, there was little I could do other than express my disappointment. The finance manager Joe knew I was not happy. He listened to my story and took it to the General Manager. To make a long story short, and much to my surprise, Joe came back in the office letting me know what they were going to do to make things right with me. I was shocked because legally I owned the car, there was nothing they legally needed to do.but they realized I was not a satisfied customer and were not going to let me leave the dealership that way. Other than the misunderstanding, it was a flawless transaction and the fact that they made a great faith effort to assure my satisfaction says everything I need to say about this dealership. I will return. Thank you to Jerry, Joe and Danny not just for providing a great price for the vehicle but for going the extra mile to make sure this was a great experience for me.
