Worst experience buying a used car We never met a general manager that was so ignorant. He should not be around people. It makes your business look bad. We bought a used car with o We never met a general manager that was so ignorant. He should not be around people. It makes your business look bad. We bought a used car with our 17 year old son. He used all of the money he had been saving since he was born to buy this car. We were told it went through a large inspection before they would sell it. They also said it has a 3 month warranty if anything goes wrong. That means absolutely nothing. 2 days after the car purchase, it stops running. We brought it in and it needed a new battery and had something wrong with the fuel sensors. There were also 3 safety recalls that needed to be performed. To fix his vehicle (safety recalls were fixed fixed for free) we had to spend another $794. How did this not show up with this huge inspection this company did in the car? Would Rizza help in any way? They said no, it was our problem. This is not a way to run a dealership if you want people to ever return. We never will and I mention it to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. This dealership is a place to avoid. I mention how rude the general manager was and how they dealt with us after we purchased a used car from them and it stopped running. Buyer Beware. More
