You feel like a number here, not a person. I was never given the print out of my car. Sensor issue Called service on a Wednesday. Explained issues. Danielle from service told me to bring car in. This was approximately 8:15am. Immediately brought c Called service on a Wednesday. Explained issues. Danielle from service told me to bring car in. This was approximately 8:15am. Immediately brought car to Rizza service on 159th street. Was told by Danielle that after diagnosing issue she would call. Received call from her, she explained problem and would call when car was ready. Received call several hours latet from Danielle. She said another issue with sensor, a cable, would also have to be replaced and that part wouldn’t be available until Thursday. Danielle called Thursday morning and said car would be ready sometime in the afternoon. Picked up car late Thursday afternoon. Issues seem to have been resolved. During this process Danielle kept me in the loop and was very helpful. In my opinion, Danielle, and all others I have dealt with the service department have been helpful and do a very good job!!! More
