Dealing with this dealership has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with. Truth in lending means nothing to the staff at Rizza Cadillac. They have used intimidation tactics on top of being dishonest and rude. At no point should an employee discuss one customer's personal finances to another potential customer. This dealership has continued to run my credit well after the original transaction failed and stated they would continue to do so and whatever impact it has on my credit so be it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
