Low and behold not only did he call back within 30 minutes, he called back with exactly what I wanted, a Black 2019 Cadillac XT5 with all the goodies! I went up there for a test drive after work and loved it. I was running late on time but this is where his manager Jay Bakr stepped in and made me a customer for life. From Test Drive to handing me the keys was a little over an hour. I hate being at a dealership signing papers for hours and these guys stepped it up and went above and beyond for me. If you want a dealership that will get you what you want not what they have call Rizza and ask for Coach! You will not be disappointed! More

Overpriced and poor management The cost of the service is the most expensive I’ve ever paid for the type of work that was done. I have 2 other vehicles ones a high performance and t The cost of the service is the most expensive I’ve ever paid for the type of work that was done. I have 2 other vehicles ones a high performance and the other is a larger vehicle. I bring those other vehicles to a nearby dealership and the service is top notch at a much more affordable price. But also had an 815 am appointment with no porters even reporting to work yet. Service bay was backed up. Waited over an hour for a simple job. How do you schedule appointments with no one there to accommodate them. More
