My experience for the second time was horrible! Had a 2:30 pm oil change appointment. I arrived at 1:50pm I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5 when i purchased my new vehicle... at a different dealership I was tol 2:30 pm oil change appointment. I arrived at 1:50pm I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5 when i purchased my new vehicle... at a different dealership I was told i will have the first 5 years free oil change. My regular dealership unfortunately closed due to remodeling. So i asked rizza service manager if he would honor my free oil change agreement. He rudely said NO He doesn't do free oil changes! Which i could understand. But to talk to me in such a hateful negative attitude just didn't sit well with me! So disrespectful as if i was a bum off the streets begging for something free! Most of the service department employees definitely have a bad disrespectful attitude! The first time i visited rizza service department a couple years ago for a courtesy car wash. I was told to take my vehicle back where i purchased from. Again when I purchased my vehicle I was told I could go to any Cadillac dealership for courtesy car wash! I promise myself i will never make the mistake of bringing my vehicle back to This god forsaken place! They don't understand the meaning of kindness and treating some of their customers with respect or good customer service! Need to learn better people skills or ask their parents to give them a refresher course on common courtesy and to treat others and talk To people how they will Like to be treated! My next purchase for a new vehicle could've been at Rizza.. but due to my past experiences I SAY DEFINITELY NOT!!!!! More
