My wife and I drove almost 2 hours to test drive a car on December 16th, 2020. We didn't but the vehicle because we couldn't come to an agreement on price. At this point, not a terrible experience. As we were walking out the door, Jim Allegretti followed us out, talking about how we're not going to find a better deal on this with how low the miles were. Fine. We may not. Then, he said something that I took offense to. He said to me, "The only person who is screwing this deal is you." Wow! Seriously?! We told our original sales person (I can't remember his name) what our MAX budget was. As we drove away, we received a text with a better offer. Sorry, even if we we're to agree to that number, I wouldn't step foot back in that place after how Jim treated me. We wound up finding a better deal elsewhere, and treated with respect. More
