Dealer of the Year for Good Reason!After waiting 6 plus Dealer of the Year for Good Reason! After waiting 6 plus months for our 2021 Cadillac Escalade Platinum Sport to arrive, we decided to cancel our ord Dealer of the Year for Good Reason! After waiting 6 plus months for our 2021 Cadillac Escalade Platinum Sport to arrive, we decided to cancel our order at our local dealership and found one at Rizza Cadillac. I was quickly put in contact with Chris Dargan. Fortunately, he had one in transit and was able to quickly secure it. Given the constraints in place they are extremely hard to come by. Further, the Onyx package is impossible to get at this point. However, Chris was quick to come to a solution and had the rims powder coated and the emblems replaced. I received updates including pictures every step of the way. In addition, with Covid and in a day and age where more and more people are opting to have items delivered to accommodate their busy schedules, Chris went above and beyond and drove 4 hours each way to deliver the vehicle to us. I even received live footage of the new super cruise feature along the way. The app was great to track movements of the vehicle as well which helped to further aid in their expediting the process. Employees like Chris are the reason Rizza Cadillac has gotten dealer of the year the last two years and as a result are getting an allocation of these hard to come by technological masterpieces. A huge shout out to Chris and the Rizza Cadillac team!! More
