My son purchased a vehicle at this dealership on 5/12/21, and they have very questionable if any standards and values! It started off with a price on Carfax online, which once you sit dow with the salesman t and they have very questionable if any standards and values! It started off with a price on Carfax online, which once you sit dow with the salesman they state that the price was incorrect but that same price is on the Carfax report the dealership gave him. Then they add additional fees ($2,495 auction /transport fee & $991 cleaning fee) to the base cost of the car which do not appear on the purchase contract but simply are reflected as the price of the car. Then when he disagreed with the added cost the sales manager Nick Richko comes into the finance office and agrees to sale the car for a different price reducing these fees and he proceeds with the purchase. Then they have my son sign contracts on a tabletop screen, which you cannot see documents simultaneously so it's difficult to see that the amounts on the purchase contract does not match the figures on the installment contract regarding the unpaid amount being financed. Unfortunately I don't have the name of the finance guy who was an extremely tall gentleman who claimed to be honest but how deceitful this deal turned out to be. They completed the transaction around 7:30pm - 8:00pm on 5/12/21. The next morning I was sending information to my insurance company, and looked at the documents and found the finance guy did not honor / put the agreed upon car price amount. Additionally the unpaid amount on the purchase contract, which should be the same amount you are financing on your retail installment contract were two different amounts. This dealership placed an amount on the financing contract more than the balance I owed on the purchase of the car! This is illegal and deceptive practice which I contacted the BBB and the dealership has yet to respond, so my next step will be to file a complaint with the IL Attorney General's Office. More

Jim Allegretti was the MOST rude, unprofessional insulting dealer manager I have EVER encountered!! We ended up buying the exact same car at Arnie Bauer Cadillac in Matteson where ALL the rebates were honored, if I could give the less than a star I would!!! More
