They told me that I needed a new $399 battery. I had the battery tested elsewhere and it tested strong! What a racket. Perhaps because they thought that they could bamboozle a woman?! I have to say at first, I was a little hesitant to use Rizza, but my experience was great. I will say the person who took care of me was John Howard. He took care of my car kept me informed every step of Rizza, but my experience was great. I will say the person who took care of me was John Howard. It took almost a month to get my car done because we had to wait on parts.I would recommend the Rizza Buick in Orland Park to anyone who needed a Buick dealer. Thanks again John. More
