Paul was friendly, knowledgable and helpful with our questions. He treated my 21 year old son as the customer (which, essentially, he was - I just being the Bank of Mom). The car was priced fairly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a good trade-in value for our old car. The newer vehicle was ready as promised the next day and we completed the purchase without any hassles. This was so much better than any previous car-buying experience I had ever had. More

After calling for a few days and getting no response, I decided to go to Kenny Ross GMC and got in contact with Cody Reagan. Let's just say things went completely perfect after that!! He located the vehicle, got it transferred and I few days later I am driving away in a 2016 Denali HD. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I noticed a small scratch on the right rear, which was immediately taken care of, the financing with Lou was quick and easy, we had made a couple of changes that seamed effortless for him to make. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I will be going back for my next GMC!! More
