Longest oil change ever. Nice service reps. Bought car there and took it there for first oil change. Made an appointment for 3:30 the day before. On a good note everyone working there was very nice and easy to deal with and the work to be done was completed. More

exasperating and disappointing purchased a used 2012 Lincoln MKZ from this dealership less than a year ago. It supposedly came with a 100 day Warranty. I notified the dealership WIT purchased a used 2012 Lincoln MKZ from this dealership less than a year ago. It supposedly came with a 100 day Warranty. I notified the dealership WITHIN 100 days to tell them about the shaking/vibration coming from the steering wheel as a result of some sort of tire/wheel issue that had been identified by myself and car fax report, almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle and brought it to the dealerships attention. Long story short, over 6 moths later final decision was that they would not fix the problem warranty or no warranty without me paying more money. More
