He performed all of the leg work (beginning Monday, February 9th in the morning), had my car picked up and delivered to Irwin that afternoon and had it cleaned and detailed prior to my mother and I arriving last night and that was only a couple hours after the car arrived on the lot from Zelienople. Paul was extremely professional, understanding of the situation, friendly and extremely helpful. I will be telling everyone I know to go to Kenny Ross and ask for Paul when buying their next car. Sold a FWD and was told it was a AWD I'm really upset that I have received the run around. I purshased what i was told was a AWD car, come to find out when I brought it in to service for I'm really upset that I have received the run around. I purshased what i was told was a AWD car, come to find out when I brought it in to service for a light on dash and no traction in the snow, the service guy thought i was crazy when I told him that a AWD should of made it up the hill. He sort of smiled and stated ,you are not going to be happy but you have a FWD. I was lied to and yet now for two days I have been getting "we are going to figure this out " speech by 3 different people including management. Call after call and message after message. I'm starting to believe that because I am a women most dealerships think we are idiots. And Quote "got another one". I also come to find out my paperwork for plate is not even right. After going to three other dealerships, I chose this dealership because the people I dealt with seemed friendly and HONEST. More
