We've been able to do the entire transaction remotely from Texas. They helped us correct an error with our sales paperwork and expedited the processing. The only real complaint I have with the whole transaction is in the post sales follow-up and status updates. We are currently waiting on the Capital One funds to "arrive" in the dealers bank account and of course for the pending shipment and final delivery. We've had to call or email the dealer every day just to get an update on our purchase. When we can actually reach a live person were told they don't know the answer or can't promise a delivery date. We've left several voice mail messages with the finance person who never returned our calls. Were hopeful that the remainder of this transaction will be positive but we are still waiting, More
