UPDATE 9-4-2024 Do not buy a USED car from this dealer. If you absolutely must, PLEASE HAVE A INDEPENDENT MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR!!!!! When i purchased the car it had a red light on the dash for dealer. If you absolutely must, PLEASE HAVE A INDEPENDENT MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR!!!!! When i purchased the car it had a red light on the dash for the keyless entry. Rivertown scanned it and said there were no codes, it was just the battery alert for the key. Now that I’ve been able to take it to a Mazda dealer to be checked I’ve found out that RIVERTOWN TOYOTA sold me a car that could stop cranking at anytime because the start-stop Module is faulty and it is a $1100 repair bill to fix. This has been the WORST experience buying a car from a “ BIG NAME DEALER” That I’ve ever went thru ~~~UPDATE 7/31/24 I would like to Thank the GM MR. Bradley Williams for his help in getting the problems I experienced resolved. Although I was having a hard time, as soon as Mr Williams stepped in the problem was quickly corrected.~~~ -------------------------------------------------------‐-------------- My many visits to rivertown since june 25th has to be the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Today is July 18th the problems persist. 1st problem- the cars tag light was busted and AKE system had a malfunction That was eventually fixed. But now the Beige leather Driver seat is Severely Discolored due to a employee getting grease on the seat and the ensuing Defacement in the attempt at the Removal/cleaning of the grease. But on a side note My salesman LEE Middleton was awesome As was the help so far provided by Mrs Jada & Mr tron. More
