I experienced some serious car problems one morning that made my car dangerous to drive. They didn’t hesitate and told me to bring my car on in and they would take a look at it. They did and provided me with an assessment and made good on the repairs and the price they quoted me. Veronica was my car coordinator and I really enjoyed working with her. She was friendly on the phone when I called that morning and took good care of me when I arrived. I will ask for next time too! More

Walked in to get a 15k service done. My service advisor was nice and informed me of what was recommended but did not pressure me into getting additional services done. I was in and out in a little over an hour. No complaints. This is my third time there and was better than the previous experiences. More

There needs to be better communication between customers and the advisors. My car was there for a week and I received little to no communication or updates throughout the entire process.
