On Saturday, May 06, 2023, I was there to service my vehicle. She (Amber) made me to wait 6 hours in lounge with my kids. During this time, I have asked many times what is the status. I was told we working on it. When we became too tired and no one called my name I went to find out what is going on. A rep send me another and another and another and finally got to Amber. I was told by Amber oh your truck is already. I asked why you did not call my name and phoned me as she was so busy with her phone. You made me to wait for hours for no reason and the manager offer me free service which was already free. I asked can you give my time my kids time.

I have had my truck in the shop since January 18th and still no answers on when my truck will be fixed. I got a case number number from the corporate office. My monthly payment is $530 and my insurance is $150. This dealer has not accommodated for my monthly payments or offered a rental car and I’m still stranded. I have had the worst customer service and can get no one to offer help for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

After stopping by on Wednesday 11/30, I've set up an appointment and got the vehicle repaired on 12/1. There was a sketchy explanation from the service consultant regarding a voicemail message that is nonexistent and about my text messages that were not "flagged". Thus, I am maintaining my rating. I hope to have a better experience in the future and will be happy to leave a positive review in that case.
