This is the worst experience I have ever seen in my life time. I see new employees every time I got for service. Had appointment. Not all services discussed were performed. Took 4 1/2 hrs. Price for balancing tires was not revealed. No estimate of how long it would take. Rivertown seems to always over schedule or, perhaps, they don’t know how to manage work flow. An appointment means nothing - it will take a day or more for the simplest service - I rescheduled and it made n don’t know how to manage work flow. Went in for a tire rotation appointment was at 11:45am stayed in line for 45 minutes to even get waited on. My point of contact, Kenneth, did a very good job in keeping me up to date with what was going on with my car. The technician was able to figure out what the problem was and corrected the problem. My only disappointment is that the problem that the cost should have been covered by Toyota. It has to do with the quality and reliability of the vehicle.
