My experience with river town Toyota was dreadful. I bought my vehicle in May and today (December) I was finally able to get my vehicle registered. They made the registration process unbelievably diffic bought my vehicle in May and today (December) I was finally able to get my vehicle registered. They made the registration process unbelievably difficult by filling out paperwork incorrectly, failure to alert me that the paperwork they had sent out had been returned, and when I called and left multiple voicemails asking for a callback I was never called. I finally got in touch with the title department to have the woman get disgruntled with me when I asked her to write my correct address on the paperwork and send it myself. Which I refused since it had been months and this was her job. She then proceeded to huff at me yell fine and hang up on me. I have never dealt with such rudeness. I was left in tears. Would not recommend and would advise to stay clear of this dealership. More

Well I purchased a 2020 Camry and I had for about 9 months. I went outside to start it and it would not crank. I called my insurance they sent someone out and jumped my battery it cranked right up. months. I went outside to start it and it would not crank. I called my insurance they sent someone out and jumped my battery it cranked right up. I went to O'Reilly they tested my battery and said it was a bad battery. I went straight to Toyota, at the end of the day and asked a young man if he could help me but I guess he forgot about me, so I told Mr Hillis he mentioned, by it being late I may not be able to get anything done but he still went and checked. He got my keys and told me they would check it out, they did and checked more than my battery, so I was very satisfied. Mr Hillis was really nice eventhough it was almost time to close. He walked me to my car and gave me his card to email him if I had any issues. More
