The service is really good but the wait to be seen is long and the wait for the service to be done is really long. I usually wait 10-15 minutes just to turn my vehicle in and then it’s normally 2-3 hours long and the wait for the service to be done is really long. I have to wait in the shop so it’s kind of a pain but they do have free coffee, a few vending machines, clean bathrooms and reasonably comfortable chairs to pass the time. There are also a few places to get food within walking distance. More
Although I didn’t have and appointment, I found this morning that I had a battery problem. I went to the dealer and even though they were booked they worked me in for a new battery. I don't know enough about the dealership to make a judgement. Relationships take time, and it is foolish to ask for survey responses based on one encounter. Went in for my 10,000 mile check up and the people were professional and very courteous. Service- 1:30 appointment left car. Went and watched a movie came back at 4:00 car had not been serviced. Don’t try to force people on buying service contracts. In my case it was added without me knowing. Then I wouldn’t at least get a call back from the guy . I really didn’t like that at all.
