The service team are rude and treat customers as though we are bothering them. Keeping them from doing their job. When I checked out the advisor never addressed me, he told me the total and said to follow him. He gave me my receipt and said that the young lady has my keys. The manager, who was not there today is the definition of customer service. His advisors leaves a lot to be desired. General kindness is free. More

Awful. 4 hours for an oil change. My assigned service advisor texted me when I checked in to say I could call ortext anytime to him with questions. I did tw 4 hours for an oil change. I had to track him down to see what was taking so long.And my fault, this was third time I've taken my Toyota here for a simple oil change, and all 3 times has been 3 to 4 hours. Someone told me about Lagrange Toyota, and think I'll give them a try next. More
