Jerome the salesperson was great - courteous and well prepared to make this an easy transaction. The finance part was unnecessarily inefficient taking longer than expected given all pricing had been pre- prepared to make this an easy transaction. Dropped my car off for a service at 830 for a 10:00 appointment. I got a call around 10:08 saying my car had a recall and it would take 3 to 4 hours.
