Took my car for an oil change and an airbag recall. Made an appt for 9am. Called at 12 to check and see how long, and they said it is first come first serve you are still in line and an appt is only to spea an appt for 9am. My appointment was at 7:15 am, I texted to ask the status around 2ish and they texted back said it is still being worked on, I was like wow, my appointment was at 7:15 am. Next thing I know I am getting a te around 2ish and they texted back said it is still being worked on, I was like wow, my appointment was at 7:15 am. Next thing I know I am getting a text saying it is ready. I go and pick it up and drive off and use my windshield fluid and there is none. They said they refilled any fluids . I take it back and tell them there is no wash and that it concerned me that other things weren't done correctly . The gentleman didn't say anything and took my car back to get the fluids . More
