The service side needs to work on accuracy of estimated time to complete a service, and understand the promoted discount for weekday afternoon service. And also honoring the complimentary car wash for tho time to complete a service, and understand the promoted discount for weekday afternoon service. And also honoring the complimentary car wash for those waiting at the dealership. The person who took my car and confirmed appt said the service rep would get with me when he got back. After an hour, I went to him and asked how long on my service, and he said probably 2 hours total. Asked him again in 2 hours and he said probably 20 - 30 minutes more. In 30 minutes I asked him again and he said the shop floor had a meeting and that put everything behind 20 minutes or more. I waited another hour and asked again - he said they just finished tires and will go test drive - probably another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, I go to ask again and he ignores me for a good 5 minutes, gets on the phone, then walks off to talk to a customer in the lounge, never acknowledging me. I see my car out front and ready. He finally comes back shuffles some papers and said your car is ready.. I was there for a premium service for $279 that would be 10% off for afternoon appt. He hands me the bill for well over $300. I said where's the discount and why is it so much on a $279 service? He went back and reran the ticket with a discount, but could not answer what additional charges there were, and didn't know what the $279 service was. He never came to me once to discuss the delay or apologize for the wait being so long, etc.... I arrived a few minutes after 12 and did not leave until 4. Had I known that time frame, I would have gotten a ride back to work, but when he says 20 minutes, I think it should be in the ball park of my wait - but it wasn't close. When I leave, I see that there was no complimentary car wash, and now my power driver seat has some noise when I adjust the seat. I'd already been there well beyond the time I should have and did not have time to go back and ask what happened to my power seat? Now I have to go back again for my power seat. I feel like there wasn't any "customer" in customer service with him, that he should have kept me informed on the time, apologized for the inconvenience, and been professional. The guys who met me in the drive and took my info and keys did very good. More

Terrible - They have had the truck for going on 4 weeks. You can't get a hold of anyone on the phone, no one calls you back. All I got was an email for approving repairs. All they do is add more repairs to the email and Zero progress from email on repair status. I am going to have to take a day off work to drive to Columbus and find out about the truck. This is worse than the Dothan Toyota place. More
Good evening, today I took my vehicle for maintenance, oil change, rotation and tire alignment, finding the following observations. 1.. I delivered my vehicle at 1:30 pm and it was returned at 5:45 pm.. 2 oil change, rotation and tire alignment, finding the following observations. 1.. I delivered my vehicle at 1:30 pm and it was returned at 5:45 pm.. 2. It was not possible to rotate the tires because you did NOT have the special key for this type of vehicle. 3. I do not see on my invoice that the 10% discount was not applied for the appointment after 1 pm. 4 My car was bought approximately 6 months ago in your RIVERTOWN TOYOTA SCI, at the time of purchase they did NOT explain or enter the mentioned key. 5 on the other hand, customer service was excellent and they always tried to help me. 6. I ask for your collaboration so that the key is given to me so that in the future I can rotate the tires or be able to lose my mind due to a puncture on the road. thank you so much … More

Service management needs better organization. Waited 3 hours just for an oil change. Don’t over book appointments.
