I would not reccomend this dealership to my worst enemy. I bought a used truck 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it since. I explained to the salesman(kyle) that I had been looking for a truck for over a month, driving up to two hours to look, finally finding this one I was assured it was a good truck with no issues and had been in "service" the day I came to see and test drive it. Being my first truck I expected it to handle differently than a car, however I've driven trucks with smoother handling in the past. Being hesitant after 2 test drives I was told if I didn't make up my mind, the truck was going to be offered to one of the others interested, and I sure do wish I went with my gut and moved on and kept looking. The salesman also informed me that he would put gas in the truck so it would be ready for a test drive the day I came, so he would have known about the faulty vent control valve that stops the gas pump every $2-$3 worth of gas, something I only discovered the next day. Two days after the purchase I messaged the salesman and asked if they would consider reversing the deal and giving me back my traded in vehicle(which was taken as a trade without inspection) as I know dealerships can do this at their discretion, and I was told that they did not want to do this. I was left wondering: why not? considering there were "8 people behind" me "asking for this truck" it would have been an easy sale and I would have been a happy customer. Also, if it was such a "great truck" why take in a vehicle in trade that was never inspected? Could it be that they knew my trade was just fine while they were selling me a truck riddled with issues? 4 months and $2 thousand dollars in repairs later, here is your review. To whoever reads this, go to another dealership. More

My appt was at 2:15 I came early around 1:36 and still didn’t leave until 5:30. The service tech (Tina Alier) calculated my amount wrong and when I was trying to explain to her she was wrong she just kept didn’t leave until 5:30. The service tech (Tina Alier) calculated my amount wrong and when I was trying to explain to her she was wrong she just kept rushing and over talking me so I paid the 99.61, went to my car and calculated the mistake went back in and a nice gentlemen (Tai’jah—I may be spelling his name incorrectly) corrected the amount to 67.21. Then I drive around the front and one of my hubcaps was off went back saw my hubcap still in the service parking lot. Went and told someone who said oh well it’s time to replace them and had to explain yes they had a few exterior cracks but nothing that hindered them from staying on so now I’m riding around with no hubcaps until the order of replacements come in. The same nice gentlemen who corrected my price was the same person who ordered the new set. If it wasn’t for him correcting mistakes I would’ve left completely upset. Thank you to him and everything he did. Toyota’s are GREAT cars but over the years the servicing department has became horrible. Once before they got black oil debris all over my tan interior and I had to bring my car back for a complimentary shampooing in the spot they messed up. Another time they said my battery needed replacing so I paid the extra 50 something dollars but they only cleaned corrosion off the battery. It’s just a gamble with the service you may or may not receive. More
