Wait time is to long, had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Went out side to see if vehicle was in the ready for customer area, which it was. An hour later went back 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Went out side to see if vehicle was in the ready for customer area, which it was. An hour later went back to see if it had been moved, it had not. Then 5 minutes later I was notified it was ready, however was still siting in the same spot as an hour before. Don’t know if some one was not tracking my paperwork, or if someone was just siting on it, just seems there was no rush once vehicle was completed. More
