The wait time to have service is too long, especially when appointment is made. My appointment was Friday and was told it would be a three hour or more wait. I had to reschedule. Had a scheduled appointment at 0800 for routine service of my Tacoma. Indicated I would wait on site. At 1245, I had to inquire about why it was taking so long. I was informed it would be another 45 minut of my Tacoma. Indicated I would wait on site. At 1245, I had to inquire about why it was taking so long. I was informed it would be another 45 minutes. I was on site for almost 6 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, ac filter in my glovebox, and changing out fluids for gear box and drive train. I can’t justify going to a dealership for routine services if I am stuck waiting an entire day for those services especially when they are routine. More

At best my experience was terrible. Led on that a car I was interested in was being serviced. Had two sales associates keeping me updated over the weekend only to find out a manager Led on that a car I was interested in was being serviced. Had two sales associates keeping me updated over the weekend only to find out a manager sold the car to another dealer knowing I was interested. All another manager could say was I’m sorry. That is correct but this was very underhanded in my opinion. Don’t trust them. They lost my business for sure. More
