I scheduled for 55k factory recommended maintenance but the advisor recommended to have oil change, I accepted it he told me $49.99 + for additional oil. After they complete the job my bill raise to $100.7 the advisor recommended to have oil change, I accepted it he told me $49.99 + for additional oil. After they complete the job my bill raise to $100.70, he told me tire rotation is not included where it was included in there $25 maintenance package and he also told me tire rotation is included, if not included i should be asked about it. Any ways they charge me, it’s not expensive bill but not being transparent and charge me after completing the job makes me question their honesty. Unless I don’t have another option, I won’t go there for even routine maintenance. More
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Rivertown Toyota. I took my truck in for an oil change, and they told me that my radiator had blowed. The adviser called me 34 minutes before they closed advising me to get the work done and told me he would call me five minutes to let me know when to expect the part to be in and for my truck to be ready. He never called me back I had to wait until Monday and I had to call them to check on my car. He said that the part would be in Tuesday and that they could possibly have it done Tuesday closing time but definitely Wednesday. Tuesday they did not call me to update me on whether or not the part was in I had to call them and they told me that the part wouldn’t be in until Wednesday instead. Wednesday I had to call them again to get an update on my truck they said that they just received the part and that the truck wouldn’t be ready until 12 on Thursday. I went to check the status of my truck Thursday at 9 am and they didn’t even start on it yet and said that it’ll be finished at 12. I came back at 12:18 and they still haven’t started on my car and the supervisor said “there was a misunderstanding that the technician didn’t know that my truck was needed at a certain time.” My truck was there since SATURDAY it should have been priority. Then he said that it would be ready at 2. I came back at 2:15 and it still was not ready until 2:58. Then the supervisor supposedly took of for my tire rotation but I didn’t even receive one. So, he made it seem like I was getting a discount for my oil change and tire rotation for my inconvenience, but I only got a discount on my oil change. In all this experience was horrible all because they didn’t communicate with me at all about my truck unless I called them and they never had it ready when it was supposed to be ready. More
Did not put on a new service milage sticker. When I got home it was displaying maintenance needed. I dont think the milage was reset for next maintenance. But the work was good.
